We examine the business as a whole—market, customer, offer, positioning, growth, economics and execution—to identify the constraint that matters most. From there, we determine what should change and help translate that decision into practical work that strengthens the business.
Our work can take different forms because different businesses have different problems. The solution may involve strategy, positioning, pricing, a website, a business plan, customer acquisition, operating systems or another intervention. The deliverable is chosen after the diagnosis, not before it.
